Fencer (5319)
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and experienced Fencer to join our team at Bigtree Group London. You will be joining a well-known builders company in the region and will play a pivotal role for the smooth growth of our business. We are currently in need of a skilled Builder to match the expansion of our business and to meet the enhanced customers’ demand.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The prospective applicant needs to demonstrate the following:
- To ensuring compliance with building regulation and health and safety standards.
- To remove old fencing.
- To read fence drawings and plans.
- To measure and lay out new fence lines.
- To level the ground where fencing is going to go.
- To use hand tools or mechanical diggers to dig post holes.
- To position wooden, concrete or metal posts and fix them to a base.
- To cut panels to size and fix them to the posts.
In addition to the responsibilities referred to above, you must have excellent communication skills and a great sense of innovation and leadership quality. You need to be flexible, self-motivated, organised and time sincere. You must have the ability to work independently as well as a part of team having excellent attention to details.
Experience in the similar role for 3 years is desirable.
