He/she needs to Planning and scheduling the work of other construction workers. have sound knowledge on managing budgets and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget, be able to communicating with clients and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, Supervising the work of subcontractors and other professionals, should be able to keep track the inventory of those tools and daily employee logs and monitor the conduct of each one of them. He/she has to ensure that the construction project complies with all safety and building regulations and conduct an in-depth analysis of the project to come up with the budget and deliverables. Establish risk factors, then manage and mitigate them to ensure the construction goes on smoothly.
